A man identified as Godfrey Mwenda has died after a vehicle swerved off the M5 Road at Mango Stage in the Lwazi area of Nkhata Bay District. The vehicle was travelling from Mzuzu towards Nkhata Bay when it lost control and hit Mwenda as he sat under a tree. Nkhata Bay Police Deputy Spokesperson Devoter Mithi confirmed the incident.
