MALIBU — A man who was killed when his car went off Malibu Canyon Road and plunged over a cliff was identified Tuesday by the coroner’s office. The crash was reported at 12:20 a.m. Monday, about a mile north of Pacific Coast Highway, said Lt. Adam Zeko of the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station.
