ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Allen Hawkins, 44, convicted of kidnapping in the assault of a man he caught having sex with his girlfriend, has been sentenced to 11 years in prison. In June 2023, Hawkins, along with Connor Steffler, Lisa Lies, Kyla Lee, and Kylee Farmer, chased and abducted an unnamed victim as he tried to flee a residence in the 4300 block of Nina Terrace.
