A Hopkinsville man was stopped on a bicycle due to not having a light on his bike on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville Friday night. Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 45-year-old Cecil Edmonson for not having a flashing red light on his bike and, during the stop, found meth in his pocket. He reportedly claimed they were not his pants. Edmonson was arrested and charged with no lights on a bicycle and possession of meth.
