BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A West Seneca man was charged after crashing into two parked vehicles in a Clinton Street driveway early Tuesday morning, police said. According to police, a 43-year-old man was driving a pickup truck at a high rate of speed when he went off the road around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
