A Havelock man has been arrested, after he was accused of shooting a neighbour’s dog. Peterborough County OPP say that officers investigated a report on Sunday that a dog had been shot by a neighbour. The complainant told police that they had heard gunshots and two of their three dogs had come running home. Officers found one dog deceased.
