An 18-year-old Riverside County man has been charged after La Mesa police say he followed a woman home and forced his way inside. The incident happened about 10 p.m. Jan. 12 at an apartment complex on Dallas Street west of Fletcher Parkway, La Mesa police Lt. Travis Higgins said in a news release Tuesday.
