ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Berkeley man says he and another man traveled to Chesterfield in June 2024 to steal cars. According to the Chesterfield Police Department’s probable cause statement, Terrell A. Barringer (age not released) and a co-conspirator stole a Ford Escape, an Infiniti QX60, a Ford F-150, and a BMW X5.
