ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A man charged in connection with a shooting on South Carolina State University’s campus has been granted bond. Orangeburg County court records show Matthew David McCoy, 18, was given a bond totaling $87,000 following an Oct. 5 hearing and released the next day.
