Jorge Salgado-Reyes The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office has been made aware that Jorge Salgado-Reyes is in the United States illegally and he is a citizen of Honduras. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has placed a detainer on Salgado-Reyes. Once his criminal charges have been resolved in the state of South Carolina, Salgado-Reyes will be turned over to ICE.
