MALONE — A 38-year-old Malone man has been arrested on a first-degree rape charge involving a child under 11 years old. Justin Lamica was taken into custody following an investigation that began June 17 when the Malone Village Police Department received a Law Enforcement Child Abuse Referral alleging sexual abuse of a child.
