Madawaska port of entry auction is back on and the bidding is rising

Bidding for the former Madawaska border station has more than doubled from $25,000 to $52,050 with 18 bids as officials aim to divest unused federal property responsibly.

MADAWASKA, Maine – An auction for a former Madawaska Land Port of Entry building is back up after what ended up being the longest government shutdown in United States history.
