The children, at the table! 110 Lyon schoolchildren took part this Friday in a culinary experience organized as part of the Food Week. A 100% vegetarian meal prepared by chef Sylvain Chevalier and concocted by the teams of the Central Cuisine of the City of Lyon which may be served later in its 126 school canteens.
