Rue89 Lyon On Wednesday 16 July, the administrative court of Lyon gave the right to the Métropole de Lyon against the city of Oullins-Pierre-Bénite and the Leclerc de Tassin-la-Demi-Lune. The double decision has fallen, and it can be celebrated as a victory by the Métropole de Lyon ecologist.
By two judgments of 16 July, the Administrative Court of Lyon rejected the applications of the city of Oullins-Pierre-Bénite and of the Leclerc shop of Champvert which attacked the deliberations approving the launch of the work of the Lyon tracks n°6 and n°8.
