Abu Dhabi is preparing an unprecedented real estate project, where health and quality of life are the central point of the whole concept. Fahid Island, a developing island, will bring together thousands of homes, miles of green spaces, walking trails and bicycles, as well as facilities designed to encourage an active lifestyle.
Fahid Island, a health and wellness island, is being built in Abu Dhabi and is scheduled for completion by 2029. The project costs €9.5 billion.
A massive $11 billion investment focused on wellness has been made in Abu Dhabi. The island, to be built on the sea, is being constructed with the aim of promoting physical and mental health.
The island's apartments will cost between 3.4 and 13.5 million kroner.
