Toen Priscilla Hamers in 2011 haar horecaopleiding afrondde, viel haar oog meteen op de beschikbare ruimte aan het Drossaert de Limpensplein in Klimmen. Ze schakelde de hulp van haar ouders, Conny en Harry, in en met z’n drieën werden ze eigenaar van lunchroom en ijssalon Pleinzicht. Nu, 12,5 jaar later, is de horecagelegenheid een waar begrip in de dorpskern.
