JEFFERSON COUNTY, KENTUCKY, JUL 31 – The lawsuit claims Husky Armory sold a ghost-gun kit without age verification or background checks, violating federal law requiring handgun buyers to be 21 years old.

A Kentucky mother whose son died by suicide has filed a lawsuit against Nebraska companies she says illegally enabled him to obtain the gun he used to take his life.
