Ranking boroughs most desperate for the Bakerloo line extension

Some boroughs backed the proposed London Underground line extension more than others

More than 70% of people living in Lambeth support a proposed Bakerloo Line upgrade and extension.

Independent polling has surveyed residents and businesses from London boroughs across the full proposed route. 76% of residents and 84% of businesses in the borough, which covers areas including Clapham and Streatham, are in favour. TfL is looking at an extension of the line to Lewisham via the Old Kent Road and New Cross Gate to enable more economic growth.
