TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Local organizations got a new perspective on Tuesday on how to better help people in need. On Tuesday, October 7, the Indiana Youth Institute and Griffin and Associates hosted a poverty simulation. The simulation was for providers and agencies in the Vigo County area.
