In an orientation workshop from the banks of the Ebrié Lagoon (June 2, 3 and 4, 2025), policy makers, experts, pastoralists and technical partners of the ECOWAS area must reflect on the shortfalls in the local milk value chain. By means of appropriate trade and fiscal policies, the pastoral branch of the regional institution will have to guide West Africa and the Sahel on the new dynamics of the " Offensive milk".
