The deputy for the Free Alliance, Armin Lluta, representative of the Yungas of La Paz, announced that one of his first legislative initiatives will be the total abrogation of the General Law on Coca Leaf (Law 906), promulgated in 2017 by the former president Evo Morales, considering it “inconstitutional, unjust and harmful to the traditional producers of the Yungas.”
