Someone was seriously injured in a stabbing on the Bloemgracht in the city centre this evening. The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance. The emergency services were alerted around 9 p.m. "It is believed to be a bystander who wanted to intervene in a fight and was seriously injured himself," said a police spokesperson.
