Developers are paying more and more attention to controlling the behavior of artificial intelligence
Against a background of general stagnation in the labour market, safety and security became one of the main growth points. At the Talent Connect Conference, the CEO of LinkedIn, Daniel Shapero, stated that while recruitment in most industries was almost frozen, demand for roles in AI Safety had risen by 91 per cent over the past year.
While the job market remains cautious, with many companies limiting recruitment, one segment is growing exceptionally quickly. According to LinkedIn's latest data, the number of AI security roles has increased by 91% over the past 12 months.
