Letter: The human touch is still needed at Mayo Clinic

As a former employee of Mayo Clinic and a patient who returns every three months for appointments, I was disappointed on my last few visits to see the implementation of patient check-in kiosks on the different floors. Each floor did have one desk operation specialist available to answer questions and assist patients with using the kiosks.
