PERHAM — Tuesday, May 13 was a typical day at the Richville United Methodist Church's Clothing Mission, until about 1:30 p.m., when volunteers and customers started coughing and choking, and their eyes were burning. It was possible that an unknown chemical was in the air. It was decided to evacuate and call 911.
