Reading about business and property owner David Halimi creating second floor living spaces downtown made me happy. People residing downtown will inject actual life there. Tenants would patronize restaurants, coffee shops, and the park as auxiliary spots for life-living. I find this a good thing: without people using downtown, businesses go bust.
