COMMUNICATE San Raymundo Jalpan, Oax., April 18, 2026.- The Congress of the State approved, with 30 votes in favour, four opinions issued by the Permanent Commission of Government and Agrarian Affairs, by which two municipal authorities were appointed, recognized with the name of Rural Nucleus to a town of the Mixteca, and elevated of administrative status to a town of the Costa.
