A woman left “hanging upside down” in her vehicle is the first to file a lawsuit in the deadly crash on Highway 43 involving a truck driver on a work visa.  The accident happened on Tuesday, May 6th, when 45-year-old Andrii Dmyterko crashed into four vehicles sitting at a red light in Thomasville, Alabama.
