The European Public Prosecutor's Office is investigating the possible misuse of EU funds in connection with the reconstruction of the railway station in Novi Sad, the chief European prosecutor Laura Kovesi (Kovesi) told Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) today.

The courts in Belgium or Luxembourg are competent for the procedure, as the potentially damaged institutions are based there, Koveši stated.
