Latvia Demands the Departure of 841 Russian Citizens by Mid-October

The Latvian Citizenship and Migration Board (PMLP) has sent letters to 841 Russian citizens informing them that they must leave the country by mid-October because they have not submitted the requirements established by the amendments to the Immigration Act to submit an application for a residence permit and pass a language exam.
