A former restaurant and business owner in Stratford, Ont. is facing 31 new fraud charges. Kevin Larson, 37, was arrested on Thursday. The Stratford Police Service said they launched an investigation in May 2023 after receiving a complaint.  Larson is charged with 10 counts of fraud over $5,000 and 21 counts of fraud under $5,000.
