An investigation is underway after a roadside sign for a business in Gaffney caught fire Tuesday afternoon.

GAFFNEY, S.C. (WSPA) - A large sign caught fire Tuesday afternoon along Hyatt Street in Gaffney. The fire broke out around 3 p.m. at the Pilot Travel Center off of Exit 90 on Interstate 85, according to the Gaffney Fire Department. Video from the scene shows flames coming out of the portion of the sign which shows gas prices.
