A Lancaster County contractor has acquired two construction companies.Brubacher, an earthwork, underground utility, and paving contractor based in Brecknock Township, near Bowmansville, has acquired Abel Construction and Abel Recon based in West Hempfield Township, Lancaster, near Mountville.
