Saskatchewan – Low water levels of the South Saskatchewan River have triggered concerns, and Lake Diefenbaker’s ability to support farming and irrigation and about 60 per cent of the province’s drinking water supply have come into question. The director of the University of Saskatchewan’s Global Water Futures speculated farmers should get by based on current reservoir water levels. Global News report
