Mbappé Drops Legal Harassment Case Against PSG and Seeks Reconciliation
- Kylian Mbappé dropped his legal complaint of moral harassment against Paris Saint-Germain on Monday ahead of their Club World Cup semifinal match.
- Mbappé originally filed the complaint on May 16, leading to a judicial inquiry opened on June 24 following his claims of mistreatment in summer 2023.
- The complaint centered on his exclusion from PSG's first team and being made to train separately from the main squad after deciding against renewing his contract.
- Mbappé, who scored a record 256 goals for PSG over seven years, transferred to Real Madrid during the summer of 2024 without a transfer fee and has since netted 44 goals and contributed five assists in 58 matches.
- While Mbappé dropped the harassment case to seek reconciliation, his legal claim for 55 million euros in unpaid wages remains active, indicating ongoing disputes with PSG.
