The Leninsky District Court of Kurska found guilty of embezzlement of a particularly large budget (art. 160, para. 4) of the Director-General of SEMI, Vitaly Xingovsky, and sentenced him to four years ' imprisonment and a fine of 500,000 roubles, as reported by the joint press service of the judicial system in Kursk province.
