Knoxville City Council to consider providing counseling to victims of gun violence

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knoxville City Council is scheduled to discuss a resolution that would allow the city to spend up to $60,000 on counseling services to victims of gun violence, their families and community violence intervention service providers.
