Public invited to Kingsport's State of the City address

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) - City of Kingsport leaders will welcome members of the public to address key issues and updates at an upcoming event. The city and Kingsport Chamber are hosting the State of the City address next week on Friday, Oct. 17, in the Cattails Ballroom at the Meadowview Convention Center.
