In demand for public works and in protest of insecurity, residents of the Jilotepec community, in the State of Mexico, have for five months “kidnapped” two mega-reactors of Pemex that are part of the project to reconfigure the refinery of Tula, which will have a cost of more than 7 billion pesos.The two teams, of more than 500 tons each, are “abandoned” on the Mexico-Queretaro highway.
