HUNTINGTON — Marshall football will have its first home game under coach Tony Gibson at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6, when it hosts Missouri State. The two teams have never played before as the Bears enter their first season at the FBS level. Both teams saw tough losses to Power Four opponents. Marshall lost 45-7 to No. 5 Georgia while USC downed the Bears 73-13.
