Greenbrier County · Greenbrier CountyFRANKFORD, WV (WVNS) - Nine people were reportedly stuck in a cave in Greenbrier County on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Greenbrier County 911 told 59News that the cave these people were in is located in Frankford right off of Vago Road.
