Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) – A Kanawha County teenager has been reported missing, and deputies are seeking help from the public to locate her. According to a post on the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, 17-year-old Tabitha Lynn Casto was reported missing from the Cross Lanes area after running away on April 22, 2025.
