MILTON-FREEWATER – The Milton-Freewater Police Department took a juvenile boy into protective custody Saturday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He’s suspected of applying graffiti to the Visual Eyes building, 230 N. Columbia St., at 2:24 a.m. on Monday, March 10.
