Justice Kavanaugh Stays District Court Order in Ohio Ballot Initiative Dispute

On Wednesday evening, in Yost v. Brown, Justice Brett Kavanaugh entered a stay of a district court order in  requiring Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost to publish two contest ballot initiative summaries.
