Jury finds Albertville man guilty of Sexual Torture and Domestic Violence 2nd Degree

Marshall County District Attorney Jennifer Bray announced Friday afternoon that after a four-day trial, a Marshall County jury found Patrick Alexis, 40, of Albertville guilty of Sexual Torture and Domestic Violence 2nd Degree.

CANYON CITY – A man will spend around a half a month in jail on a domestic violence charge, according to Grant County Circuit Court documents. Kirk William Roberts, 61, pleaded guilty to Assault in the Fourth Degree—Constituting Domestic Violence, committed in November of last year.  Roberts was sentenced to 15 days in jail and 18 months on Supervised Probation with special conditions.
