The magistrate of the Supreme Court Leopoldo Puente has rejected the petition of the alleged achiever of the 'Koldo case', Victor de Aldama, to travel to Portugal on the grounds that the investigated person has not alleged "any extraordinary or exceptional circumstance that could determine the modification or alteration" of the prohibition of departure from the Spanish State that it has imposed.
