COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio High School Athletic Association issued a response Tuesday afternoon to a Franklin County judge’s ruling the previous day that granted a temporary restraining order, allowing high school athletes in the state to receive money through name, image and likeness (NIL).With that ruling by Judge Jaiza Page, there is a 45-day window until Dec. 15 in which NIL is permitted in Ohio regardless of any decision made by the OHSAA.
