The Granada Court has confirmed the order of the Investigative Court 9 which last February agreed to refer the judicial file of the youngest son of Juana Rivas to the Court of Cagliari, Italy, so that the alleged ill-treatment that the minor would have received from his father, who has his custody by judicial decision, can continue to be investigated there, reports EFE.
