German businessman Klaus Mangold, with whose consulting company the MÁV Group signed two contracts, was honored by Viktor Orbán just last year.
Klaus Mangold was awarded the Middle Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán at the end of last year.
Klaus Mangold was one of the people who called János Lázár in 2018 after he left the government. The German businessman has now received two consulting contracts from MÁV, which is under Lázár's control, although he had previously signed contracts with the government for much larger amounts.
