STOUGHTON, Wis. - A Janesville man died Monday morning after the SUV he was driving collided with a semi truck that was stopped on the side of the road on Interstate 39/90 near Stoughton.

Upon arrival, officers found that the 37-year-old driver of the Blazer had hit the semi trailer and was dead at the scene from his injuries.
